Create and switch Workspaces
Create separate Ahamo Workspaces for independent app portfolios, plans, billing contexts, and build-credit balances.

A Workspace groups apps with their plan and shared build-credit balance. The selected Workspace controls which app portfolio and commercial context you are using.
Decide whether you need another Workspace
Use one Workspace when apps should share the same plan and credit balance. Create another when the app portfolio or billing context must be independent—for example, when client work should not use credits from an internal team.
A new app alone does not require a new Workspace. If the apps belong to the same team and should share the same plan, keep them together. See Accounts, Workspaces, and apps for the relationship between these levels.
Create a Workspace
Members with Workspace creation permission can create one from the Dashboard:
- Open Dashboard and find Workspaces.
- Enter a clear name in the new-Workspace field.
- Choose Create.
- Confirm that the Workspace appears in the list.
Creating a Workspace creates a separate scope. It does not copy apps or transfer credits from the Workspace you were using. Review Plans, credits, and usage before starting billable work in the new Workspace.
Switch Workspaces
The Workspace switcher is at the top of the Ahamo sidebar. It shows the active Workspace and, when opened, lists the Workspaces you can access with your role in each one.
Select a different Workspace and wait for the switch to finish. Ahamo refreshes the session so the app list, plan, credits, usage, and Workspace administration pages use the newly selected scope.
Switching does not move an app. An existing app remains in the Workspace where it was created. If an app seems to be missing, open the switcher and return to the Workspace that owns it before making changes.
Use a simple rule
Keep related apps together when one team should share their Ahamo plan and credits. Separate them when those commercial or portfolio boundaries must differ. Before starting a build, publishing, or changing a plan, glance at the Workspace name in the sidebar.
After switching, open the app list or Review Workspace activity to confirm that you are in the intended context.
