Plans, credits, and usage
Distinguish available credits from enterprise spending budgets, and review the plan, balance, and usage in your workspace.

Credits fund work in Ahamo. A budget defines how much work an organisation, workspace, or project is allowed to fund over an agreed period. An available credit balance and permission to spend that balance are different things.
Plan enterprise budgets
Agree on spending responsibilities at the levels your organisation needs:

| Workspace | An allocation for a team or app portfolio. |
| Project | A limit for a specific initiative or delivery effort. |
Decide the budget period, responsible owner, and what should happen at the limit. A project allocation should fit within the workspace allocation, and workspace spending should fit within the organisation's overall limit. Allocations divide permitted spending; they do not create additional credits.
The self-service plan, credit balance, and usage views described below are currently workspace-scoped. Configurable organisation-wide and project-level spending caps are not available through these views. Confirm any required enforcement with Ahamo before relying on it for an enterprise rollout.
Understand the credit balance
The selected Workspace holds the plan and shared credit balance used by its apps. That funding arrangement does not replace your organisation's budget policy.
See the current balance
The editor shows credits near the build prompt. Credits available can fund new work. Credits held for an active build are temporarily unavailable, not a second charge.
Open Plans in the Workspace section for the complete balance. Credits remaining shows available and held amounts. It can also show dormant paid credits, the next expiry, and Credits added when the balance exceeds the plan’s included amount.
Review the plan and payment state
The current-plan panel shows the plan name and status, plus available billing period, renewal, cancellation, complimentary-access, and reconciliation details.
Purchasable plan cards show price and included credits. Choose Upgrade to start checkout. The plan changes only after payment confirmation. During a payment or top-up, the page shows whether checkout is ready, reconciliation is running, or attention is needed. Wait before retrying.
Manage plan opens a subscription and quota summary. The main Plans status shows the current entitlement.
Check usage
Open Usage in the Workspace section. It shows input and output token totals and a chart for the last seven days. Choose Manage plan there to return to Plans.
Usage covers completed AI activity; the editor shows work still running. If a build cannot start, confirm the Workspace, available credits, and held amount.
Ahamo Workspace billing pays for building and running work in Ahamo. It does not add checkout, subscriptions, or customer payments to the app you are building; generated-app payments are not a supported customer path yet.
If a confirmed payment or completed build leaves the displayed balance unchanged, refresh once and follow Troubleshoot an app build.
