Work in focused rounds: describe an outcome, review the result, and decide what to change next. Publishing is a separate step from building.
Describe the workflow
Tell Ahamo who will use the app, the task they need to complete, and the information involved. Answer the follow-up questions and confirm the design direction before the first build.
Use a focused brief and sample data.
Review the result
Try the main journey in the app preview. Check desktop and mobile layouts, empty states, and error messages.
Use Plan when you want to discuss a change first. Use Build when the intended result is clear. Review each completed round before adding another large change.
Prepare for release
The business owner checks that the app solves the task. The delivery team checks its behaviour, data, and access. Agree who will operate it and support its users.
Use the publishing guide to release the tested version. Open its live address separately and repeat the main journey.
Continue improving
Later builds do not automatically replace the published app. Review each change and publish again when ready.
