Review the code
Use Code to inspect generated files and give a developer context about the current app. A developer can review the implementation and help define the next change.
Code inspection alone is not a complete operational handoff.
Identify managed dependencies
An app may use managed data, sign-in, file storage, or hosting. Moving the app requires a supported plan for those services as well as the source.
